Sri. R. Ganesh (1954-2003), founder and managing director of Victory Group of Institutions was a native of Alleppy district, Kerala. He Completed his early education at his native place and joined as a trainee in Kerala State Electricity Board at Thrissur in 1974. In 1977 he started an independent technological Institute named VICTORY. Within a short period. Victory witnessed phenomenal progress in technological studies.

Apart from educational interest, he maid his indelible impress on art literature and cinema. He has to his credit some poems of exquisite merit. He was associated with several technological, cultural, literary and sports associations of Kerala.

He passed away on the 1^stMay 2003.
